Tradeshow rentals involve a lot more than the tradeshow booth. It is
advisable to interview several Tradeshow Rental companies before
deciding on one particular company. The best tradeshow exhibit booths I
have had or had the pleasure of seeing came with help from a tradeshow
consultant or designer. They have ideas that you may not consider.
Specialized designers or consultants can give you suggestions to lure
people to your booth. Imagine a fall Sunday afternoon, and your favorite
team is playing, but you are at a Tradeshow, then you pass a booth that
is showing the game. Would you stop? I was at a tradeshow, and the booth
across from mine did just that. The representative not only had the
football game on, but he'd also set up couches and lounge chairs in his
displays. During a break, he'd told me that it had been his consultant's
idea. Needless to say, that was the most popular booth at the whole
show.
Tradeshow rentals also involve interactive equipment. If you're selling
computer software, than you will need computers in your display, but
what about a large screen and a projection for demos of your software.
If you add a few comfortable chairs for your customers to sit and watch,
you'll have a popular tradeshow booth.
