Tradeshows are where you push your products,
but it is also a place where you can learn about your customer. During
conversations, ask questions of them. For instance if you are selling
medical equipment, know the volume and workload they see on a daily
basis as well as during their heaviest times. Through this information,
you may be able to suggest to them other instrumentation, which would
benefit them. By asking questions of your customers, you can gain a
great amount of information and understanding about them, which will
lead to a long and profitable relationship.
