Convention booths come in all shapes, sizes, and materials. Before
deciding on one particular design, there are several factors you should
consider.
First, thing to consider are fees. This includes shipping fees, transfer
of freight fees and drayage charges. Shipping an exhibit booth from the
loading dock to the convention center will cost money. Generally, these
fees are charged by weight. The more your exhibit booth weights the more
the fees.
Installation and Dismantle of Convention Booths:
In addition to shipping fees, the installation and dismantling of your
booth should be taken into consideration before deciding to purchase it.
You have to consider if your staff can assemble and disassemble the
exhibit, or if you will have to hire contract to assemble and
disassemble the exhibit. By choosing an exhibit, which your staff can
easily assemble and disassemble will prove to be most cost effective.
